STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The customer explicitly waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drafted after the present standard terms and conditions of sale. Any derogation must be agreed upon expressly in writing and in advance to be valid.

Our invoices are payable within 21 business days, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order. If payment is not received by the due date, CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. reserves the right to charge a fixed interest fee of 10% of the outstanding balance. CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. is authorized to suspend all services without prior notice in the event of late payment.

If a payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the deadline, CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. reserves the right to resort to the services of a debt collection agency. All legal expenses will be borne by the customer.

Some countries apply withholding taxes on the amount of invoices, according to their internal legislation. Any withholding tax will be paid by the customer to the tax authorities. In no case can CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. be involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. Therefore, the invoice amount is due to CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. in full and does not include any costs related to the legislation of the country in which the customer is located.

CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. is committed to making every effort to provide services within the agreed timeframe. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation to achieve results. CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. cannot, in any case, be required by the customer to appear as a third party in the context of a damage claim brought against the customer by a final consumer.

To be admissible, CONTALDIA Asesoramiento Online S.L. must be notified of any claim by a letter sent by certified mail to its registered office within 8 days from the delivery of goods or the provision of services.

All contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by Spanish law and in the jurisdiction of Barcelona.
- In case of being behind on payments or not being a client at the time of tax submission, Contaldia will not file such taxes.
- Contaldia may modify the rates as indicated in www.contaldia.com/tarifas according to the billing volume.
